If you wish to export your orders to a CSV file, you can do so from your Order screen under the Partner dashboard.
The file can also be used by Finance team to review which orders are included in each invoice (see detailed below).
1. Access your Partner dashboard, and click on the "Order" screen.
2. You can use the filter if you wish to download specific orders by dates, company, status or destination countries.
You can also enter an invoice number in the search box, to display only the orders charged under that specific invoice.
3. Once you are ready, you can click on the three dots in the right side of the screen, then select the "Export to CSV" option, and the orders will be downloaded to your local folder.
The orders report can be used by finance to match which orders are included in each invoice.
Once the report is downloaded, you can filter the report using the "Invoice number" filed, the total amount of the orders for the selected invoice, should match the invoice amount.
